Must have excellent calendar management skills and experience managing an extremely active calendar; excellent writing skills, including writing for a number of audiences in a variety of formats, including meeting minutes and strategic documents. Must be highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google mail, web search tools with the ability to learn new technologies and software as needed.

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks a Senior Executive Coordinator. The Senior Executive Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office and provides oversight for the administrative functions. Provides assistance by managing projects, carrying out complex assignments and performs additional executive-level tasks requiring an analysis of systems, policies and/or procedures, organization and management, workflow, and work distribution.
