Executive / Senior Executive (Corporate Partnership) Job Description You will play a critical role in supporting Care Corner Singapore's fundraising and donor engagement efforts, driving the growth of sustainable contributions to support the organisation's mission. Your responsibilities include identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships with partners, writing compelling grant proposals, designing and implementing effective donor engagement programmes to enhance donor loyalty. Roles & Responsibilities Cultivate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing donors and partners, to align with Care Corner’s vision and ensure sustained financial contributions. Work with internal teams to conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising programmes and activities that resonate with Care Corner’s mission. Expand pool of individual donors and grow the pool of regular donors. Develop and implement effective donor engagement programmes and experiences to enhance donor loyalty, satisfaction, and impact recognition. Assist in preparing donor reports and communication materials that effectively convey the outcomes and impact of their contributions. Support in securing grants, sponsorships, and matching funds for programme development and operations. This includes, preparing compelling grant proposals and timely reports, ensuring alignment with donor expectations and organisational objectives. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fundraising strategies. Ensure compliance with all fundraising activities, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations. Strong organisational and project management skills Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation in fundraising. Proficiency in CRM systems and fundraising tools is advantageous. Location: Woodlands Thank you for your interest and application.
