JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Management or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Korean language for both spoken and written

Responsibilities
  • Perform market analysis, research on markets & competitors deeply to spot trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Responsible for company strategic planning, team up with various stakeholder, head of department & senior leaders to create, implement, and improve our long-term plan.
  • Perform data analysis & study large datasets to find valuable information and help make data-driven choices for our strategic projects.
  • Develop business development activity and help evaluate potential business chances, partnership, investment, fund raising, mergers, or acquisition by give recommendations based on due diligence.
  • Planning & managing relationship with stakeholders (investor) by development of written materials for investor relation activities & organizing analyst briefing
  • Develop plan and follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure how well our strategic efforts are doing & keep senior leaders informed with regular reports.
  • Coordinate & collaborate closely with different teams to make sure everyone is on the same page with our strategic plan by share our strategy and progress with both internal and external groups.
  • Lead by planning & executing special projects assigned by the top-tier management to advance our strategic goals
  • Manage the development of new business ventures and investments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc related duties as assigned
