THE REQUIREMENTS

  • All projects must be compliant with local authorities; delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Manage relationships with all internal / external stakeholders and proper coordination with the in-house facilities management team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants/contractors on project deliverables throughout the project.
  • Support the project procurement process, inclusive preparations of RFP documentations, liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Accountable in providing stakeholders with routine status updates of projects and actively communicating and mitigating technical risks and issues.
  • Manage the onboarding of contractors with kick-off meetings, safety orientations, PTWs, etc.
  • Document existing conditions prior to construction.
  • Manage contractor’s works throughout construction.
  • Contract administration covering progress reports, payment certifications, PMIs, etc.
  • Manage discrepancies, punch list and defects rectification.
  • Review/Verify Handover Documents submitted by contractors.
  • Manage handover process and conduct trainings for stakeholders/end-users.
  • Closeout projects by conducting testing, getting statutory approvals, substantial completion, and final reconciliations and generate closeout report.
  • Coordinate with facilities team on handover process and perform testing and commissioning checks and follow up.
  • Liaising with user’s feedback on real estate related matters.
  • Perform other real estate related duties as assigned.
