Job Description What You'll Be Doing: Design & Conceptualization: Develop creative visual concepts and designs for various marketing and communication materials, ensuring brand consistency. Campaign Execution: Handle design projects from start to finish, including ideation, design, and preparing files for various platforms (print, digital, packaging). Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce high-quality visuals. Knowledge of After Effects or other new design technologies is a plus. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams, actively sharing ideas and contributing to discussions. Market Trends: Stay updated on design trends, particularly within the F&B, packaging, and FMCG industries, to ensure designs are fresh and relevant. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for production. What We're Looking For: Experience: 3-5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/ Photoshop, After Effects). Initiative & Proactiveness: A self-starter who actively seeks to learn, improve, and take ownership of projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with an open attitude for sharing and receiving feedback. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital content, and campaign work. Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
