Maintain Customer Services KPIs. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members. Selling products and solutions. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling. Self motivated dedication towards specific set goals. Project & Compliance: Support execution of plan projects and special assignments. Technical Expertise: Office/Google workspace tools. ERP/ORACLE. Basic+ spreadsheet handlings. Regular expertise of computing & cloud. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education: Business graduate from any reputed University. Experience: 4-6 years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and team management skills. Positive attitude towards managing customers High level of communication, negotiation, planning skills.
