Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive to join our prestigious team in the UAE. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a world-class luxury shopping experience, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, a deep knowledge of diamonds and gemstones, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the luxury goods or fine jewellery sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of diamonds, including the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity), and other precious stones.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, results-driven, and highly professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • A high degree of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a Luxury Experience: Welcome and assist customers with a professional and elegant demeanor, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
  • Expert Product Knowledge: Possess and continuously develop extensive knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and fine jewellery trends. Effectively communicate the quality, craftsmanship, and value of each piece.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, provide expert advice, and close sales to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals. Maintain a client database and follow up on sales leads.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented, with displays that are attractive, clean, and well-organized, reflecting the brand’s luxury image.
  • Inventory & Operations: Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and accurate sales transaction processing using the POS system. Adhere to all company policies and security procedures.
  • After-Sales Support: Handle after-sales inquiries and services, such as cleaning, repairs, or special orders, with professionalism and care.
