Responsibilities
  • Scientific Direction: Provide oversight on all aspects of discovery including target selection, compound design and optimization (including computational science approaches), radiochemistry, in vitro and in vivo biology, DMPK, and translational research.
  • Strategic Leadership: Guide and implement the company’s research strategy and innovation roadmap to expand and strengthen clinical and preclinical radiopharmaceutical portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and business leadership to align scientific priorities with development goals.
  • Innovation Pipeline:Identify new internal and external asset opportunities and maintain awareness of scientific and competitive advancements.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing scientific team with a focus on collaboration, rigor, and growth.
  • Data & Reporting: Oversee data interpretation and communication of research progress to executive leadership and external partners.
  • Operational Execution: Manage workflows, resources, and timelines across research programs, ensuring speed, quality, and compliance
