SENIOR EXECUTIVE - DIVISIONAL LEAN ENTERPRISE (Based at MDS, Rathmalana) Over the last three and a half decades - MAS Intimates has differentiated itself in the global fashion industry through its innovation mindset, strong technical competency, and sustainability initiative. Embark on a journey of change with MAS Intimates as a Senior Executive - Divisional Lean Enterprise based at Ratmalana. Oversee and drive the implementation of MOS initiatives within the assigned sub pillars by driving radical changes and moving the allocated pillars from the current state to the desired future state by providing continuous improvement of activities in order to deliver higher value addition, leaner processes and achievement of the desired calibration levels for the division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and improve assigned Lean sub-pillars to enhance value and drive continuous improvement. Analyze performance data to identify gaps and implement improvement strategies. Collaborate with management to address training needs and build team capabilities. Conduct audits and follow-ups to ensure alignment with Lean calibration goals. Benchmark and implement best practices across the division for process efficiency. Communicate effectively across all levels to support problem-solving and decision-making. Perform Gemba Walks to identify process deviations and engage stakeholders in improvements. Track and report KPIs to senior management for timely action and progress monitoring. Train and mentor staff on Lean methodologies and tools. Facilitate PDCA cycles to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Production, Manufacturing and Operations. 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity. Sound knowledge in Excel, MS Word, Project Management/ Power BI Analytical skills, Communication and Negotiation skills.
