Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Active team as a Senior Dye House! This role would enable you Support fabric mill operation to secure the deliveries while maintaining the sewing module continuation and external fabric flow. Maximum utilization of dye house operational areas such as Pre-setting, Boarding operations and value adding operations like tie dyeing and sorting, laying and fabric store operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the daily Fabric good plan and share the necessary status with stake holders to assist in the relevant decision-making process. Coordinating with necessary parties to ensure the fabric flow is available for sewing modules by ensuring next three days sewing input; highlight if deviations are there. Follow the outsourcing and printing sewing plan, understand the challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure plan is achieved. Support daily operation of the fabric stores area and make sure standards are followed. Monitor sorting out area output, prepare contingency plan if need to make sure Dye production being achieved. Plan the dryer machine operation to make sure no dye machine stoppages due to dryer unavailability. Overall responsibility to train and develop the Skill of dye house team members in operation areas. Overlook the dye rework area, plan rework recovery to make sure fabric good dates achieved. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Degree from a recognized university‐ Textile chemistry or Chemistry degree. 2‐3 years of work experience in textile manufacturing, dying or a related field. Decision Making and Problem‐Solving People Management Negotiation and Influencing Skills Shift operation.
