Job Title Senior Executive - EHS Job Description Summary This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices across construction and fit-out projects to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational standards. The role focuses on hazard identification, risk mitigation, contractor safety management, and promoting a proactive safety culture across sites. Job Description About the Role: • Implement and monitor HSSE practices at base build and interior fit-out projects in compliance with BOCW Act and applicable state regulations. • Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to ensure a safe working environment. • Develop and enforce safety management systems, safe work practices, and monitor compliance across all site activities. • Ensure contractors adhere to safety requirements, including preparation and implementation of safe work method statements. • Conduct safety training programs for contractors and vendors to enhance awareness and ensure regulatory compliance. • Coordinate with site teams to promote safety policies and actively participate in the development of safe systems of work. • Review emergency preparedness plans and ensure effective response mechanisms are in place. • Evaluate existing safety programs and recommend improvements based on site conditions and regulatory requirements. About You: • 4–7 years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in building or fit-out projects. • Diploma in Industrial Safety Management or relevant technical qualification from a recognized institute. • Certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH are mandatory. • Strong knowledge of statutory safety regulations including BOCW Act and state rules. • Good communication, training, and stakeholder management skills. • Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation.
