Senior Executive – Employee Relations (Based at Naiwala) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. We are looking for an active team player to implement, develop and sustain human resource strategic objectives by enabling a smooth roll-out of the human resources and administrative activities whilst supporting all CSR and other compliance related initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in the recruitment and selection process of directs whilst adhering to the allocated budgets. * Gather information, analyse data and prepare presentations/ documents on the required areas for management decision making. * Maintain good employee relations and inquire into any grievances whilst motivating all employees to increase productivity. * Execute and oversee the administrative duties relating to employee personal files and provide required statistics to the parties concerned on a timely and accurate manner. * Monitor and maintain the Absenteeism and LTO within the limits. * Organize and conduct companywide events and engagement activities. * Drive Women go beyond initiatives. * Maintain labour compliance and support for the audits. Knowledge and Skills: * Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant field. * 3‐4 years of similar experience. * Knowledge of attendance management, absenteeism, and LTO control. * Exposure to compliance audits and statutory requirements. * Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.      
Responsibilities
Implement and sustain human resource strategic objectives while managing employee relations, grievances, and administrative duties. Oversee labor compliance, conduct company-wide engagement activities, and support CSR initiatives.
