Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in planning & design works for civil engineering Projects for local and/or overseas
• Assist the Team Leader to carry out:
• a) Planning site investigations and interpreting results.
• b) Conducting C&S, environmental and geotechnical design and analysis
• c) Managing main-contracts and sub-contracts, as necessary
• d) Supervise and coordinate design and/or site work
• Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice
• Engage and manage stakeholders, such as clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
• Oversee project timelines, costs and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil / Environmental Engineering recognised by BCA/IES/ACES
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of facilities management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team player, able to multi-task and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Disciplined, self-motivated and resourceful
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite of Software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, Plaxis etc. will be advantageous
