Senior Executive -Engineering -Ravi Industries Job Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently and preparing an efficient maintenance schedule for all production operations Improving plant safety and good engineering practices to minimize hazards and accidents Report progress, challenges, and seek advice from senior engineers on complex technical issues. Auditing every process, equipment and monitoring compliance to applicable practices Resolving all maintenance issues & recommending improvements of the production lines Fair knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic and PLC controls Automation experience. Candidate Profile: Bsc in Engineering, National Diploma in Technology (NDT),NDES, HNDE or similar qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, or any other related role Strong problem-solving skills & should have excellent technical knowledge Good communication & presentation skills Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/ Negombo/ Gampaha or around proximity.
