[What the role is] As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas. [What you will be working on] You will be involved in the Estates Management functions and upgrading of ITE’s physical facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following: Oversee daily operations of building facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping services; Implement campus upgrading, smart building, and digitalisation projects, overseeing them from initiation through to completion; Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring performance standards and service level agreements are met; Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements; and Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
