The Senior / Executive. Ops works closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of DPH and provide estate management support.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Building/Facilities Management/ Bio Medical Management or a related field
• Min 4 years of experience in Admin / Operations and/or facility management
• Preferably with experience in ISO Quality Management System and/or OHSAS
• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager Course recognised by SCDF or equivalent is an added advantage

• Mature, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, remaining flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all responsibilities.
  The successful candidate can expect to earn up to $4,500 basic salary per month, commensurate with experience.

D. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform FSM duties (if applicable).
• Supervise medical equipment maintenance and linen/uniform services.
• Coordinate supply of medical consumables and F&B vendor services.
• Support staff events and operations-related training programs.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
