Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement an appropriate tenancy mix for the assets, working closely with Asset Managers to maximize building occupancy and revenue
- Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies
- Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect
- Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned buildings or clusters
- Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partners
- Plan, initiate, build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Conduct periodic market research, trends analysis and prepare market synopsis
- Build networking channels with tenants and agents, conduct sales calls and translate leads to deal closures
- Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments
- Understand asset profitability and contribute to a solution to improve upon this whilst meeting tenant occupational needs
- Be overall “Brand Ambassador” to enhance brand equity

Experienced
- Degree in Real Estate or Diploma in Real Estate, Building & Property Management
- Candidates with little or no experience may be considered for contract positions.
- Candidates who are real estate salesperson (RES) registered with the Council for Estate Agencies are welcome to apply.
