Join the ESF HR project team as we embark on an exciting journey to implement Workday! ESF HR is introducing a new HRMS designed to future-proof our organisation. In this role, you'll work closely with the Workday team and our HR and Finance colleagues to gather business requirements, design innovative workflows and data analytics, and be part of the process of system configuration, testing, and delivering this transformative system. Overview The English Schools Foundation is seeking a Senior/HR Executive – Projects (HRMS & Analytics) with Workday project experience. The Human Resources Department of ESF is dedicated to leading the way in establishing best practices and trends in various areas, including Talent Attraction, Employee Engagement, Data Analytics, Total Rewards, NeuroLeadership, Artificial Intelligence, and other innovative HR projects. ESF is implementing Workday for an exciting digital transformation that will grow into a new era with the organisation. To support this initiative, we are expanding our HRMS project team. We invite experienced HRMS professionals with Workday implementation (with hands-on configuration) experience to join this unique role. We seek individuals committed to bringing fresh ideas and their unique Workday experiences with speed and agility. Role Details Work with the HR Project Manager in leading the HRMS project activities from design to go-live, ensuring project activities at each stage meet the project timeline. Engage with different ESF teams and departments to gather business requirements and translate them to system technical requirements. Work with the Workday direct service team to prepare data, design, configure, test and deliver the system. Develop test plans and scenarios to ensure system functions meet ESF's needs and expectations. Generate analytic reports/queries to meet the project implementation needs. Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure user adoption, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve training programs. Requirements 4-6 years of solid hands-on experience in Workday project, with experience in Workday configuration, implementation and maintenance. Candidate with less experience can be considered as Human Resources Executive Degree holder, preferably major in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related discipline Familiar with Hong Kong’s Employment Ordinance Be a self-starter and team player with an analytical mind Strong analytic skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Enjoys delivering a high-quality level of work while dealing with confidential information with complete discretion Able to present/communicate clearly and precise Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
