The DB Calculation Operations & Payment Processing role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of defined benefit (DB) pension calculations and end-to-end payment activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal quality standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, process adherence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and beneficiaries * Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and calculations. * Good understanding of payment processing controls and reconciliation processes. * High attention to detail and analytical ability. * Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high volumes They manage office systems, coordinate schedules, provide administrative support, supervise staff, prepare reports, implement policies, and maintain effective communication within the organization
