Description

Responsibilities: * Assist the Senior Manager in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of all Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems within the assigned building or estate. * Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company standards, statutory requirements, and service level agreements, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Foster positive client relationships by delivering professional, responsive, and customer-focused services. * Perform installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of E&M systems, including fire protection systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, water supply, and pumping systems. * Operate, inspect, and maintain emergency power systems, including generators, switchgear, UPS, and emergency battery systems, to ensure operational readiness. * Install, maintain, and test building lighting systems to ensure reliability and compliance with operational requirements. * Diagnose and rectify faults related to electrical, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, pumping, and other building services systems. * Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and weekly testing of critical systems, including firefighting equipment and generator sets, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports. * Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance and repair works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and contractual requirements across disciplines such as lifts, firefighting systems, plumbing, civil works, ICT, and other building services. * Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior technicians and maintenance personnel to enhance team competency and operational effectiveness. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), building maintenance, or a related environment. * Good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems, preventive maintenance practices, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems to ensure statutory compliance and operational readiness. Coordinate contractors and provide technical guidance to junior personnel to maintain building services and client satisfaction.
