Senior Executive, Faculty Affairs [LKCMedicine]
The Senior Executive, Faculty Affairs will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Office of Faculty Affairs. You will support crucial functions in visiting and adjunct appointments, which contribute to medical education and research collaboration in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of faculty appointments, reappointments, and related administrative processes.
  • Support the implementation and management of the School’s faculty affairs operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external institutions to maintain seamless and effective faculty processes.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information related to faculty appointments and reappointments.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree.
  • Strong team player with the initiative to work independently and resourcefully.
  • Resilient, meticulous, and analytical with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of information accurately and promptly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
