Job Description Designation: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts Department: Finance Industry: Retail ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 – Finance & Operations) Reporting To: General Manager – Finance Role Objective To support finance operations by ensuring accurate accounting, timely reconciliations, statutory compliance, audit readiness, payroll processing support, and assistance in financial statements and MIS reporting across a multi store environment. Key Responsibilities  Processing and posting of Journal Entries, Invoices, and Payment Entries across AP, AR, FA, GL, and Bank modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 – Finance & Operations).  Ensuring accurate accounting, proper documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs and accounting policies.  Preparation and reconciliation of Sales vs Collections across stores, payment gateways, and bank receipts.  Preparation and review of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and timely resolution of reconciling items.  Accounting and reconciliation of Inter-unit / Branch transactions and balance confirmations.  Preparation of audit deliverables and coordination with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.  Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements, schedules, and supporting workings.  Handling Related Party accounting and assisting in preparation of Related Party Disclosures as per applicable standards.  Ensuring statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable indirect and direct tax requirements.  Assisting in payroll processing, payroll accounting entries, reconciliations, and coordination with HR/payroll vendors.  Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities including provisions, accruals, and adjustments.  Assisting in MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards with accurate and timely data. Qualifications • CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)/B com/MCom – Preferred Experience • 3–6 years of experience in accounting / finance operations • Exposure to retail or multi-branch environment preferred • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage Key Skills • Strong accounting and reconciliation skills • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance • Payroll processing and accounting exposure • Audit coordination experience • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
