JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare accurate and timely management accounts to support decision-making.  * Monitor revenue and expenditure to ensure financial accuracy.  * Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors.  * Maintain and improve internal controls and processes.  * Support budgeting and corporate planning activities. * Manage tax computations and statutory compliance.  * Perform balance sheet reconciliations and validate project costing.  * Provide insights into cost control, pricing, and cash flow management.  * Oversee credit control and debt collection processes.  * Lead and develop the finance team.  * Review and approve payments and petty cash transactions.  * Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.   MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field or Part-qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA with 2+ years’ experience.  * Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.  * Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.  * Understanding of taxation, audits, and financial controls.  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  * Good communication and teamwork abilities.  * Prior team supervision experience preferred.  * Industry exposure (transport/logistics) is an advantage.   If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this challenging role, please apply within 10 days of this advertisement by email to sankalpa.weerasinghe@advantis.world [sankalpa.weerasinghe@advantis.world] indicating the position applied for and the company name on the subject line of the email.  Pay and benefits of the above position will be competitive, and the rewards are performance driven.
