Job Summary : This position is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reconciliations and reports, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations, and assisting with audits. The role requires close coordination with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• The candidate must hold a professional accounting qualification of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or an equivalent degree in finance or accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a finance role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment, is required.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, VAT compliance, and vendor coordination is essential.

VAT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform VAT Input, Output and Out of Scope Sales Reconciliation to ensure all taxable transactions are accurately reported and compliant with UAE VAT regulations (monthly or as required).
• Follow up with vendors to obtain accurate and timely Tax Invoices, essential for claiming input VAT and maintaining audit readiness (ongoing).
