Job Responsibilities Own and manage intercompany accounting end-to-end. Detailed general ledger (GL) account and budget ownership, including analysis, and forecasting. Lead and develop team members, providing guidance, reviewing work, and on-the-job coaching. Champion process improvements and value-adding analyses, actively leading system enhancements and project initiatives. Support business decision-making through financial analyses and insights, as well as preparing financial reports of assigned areas and departments. Monitor the accounting functions of assigned outlets, collection centers and training centers to maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations. Review, validate, and maintain ageing accruals and provisions. Person Specifications Reading for a strategic-level qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience in intercompany reporting, reconciliations and/or external auditing will be a distinct advantage. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a sound understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Effective verbal and written communication skills a collaborative team player who can engage confidently with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges, learn continuously, and improve work processes.
