Senior Executive – Finance (Business Controlling) (Based at Aqua, Pelawatte) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories. We are on the lookout for an active team member to be responsible to maintain systems and processes for plants and Business Divisions separately based on the group and company requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive 100% system and process discipline of all the manufacturing locations, warehouses and sub-contracting facilities by way of continuous System & Process Audits throughout the year, whilst ensuring all exceptions and deviations to the set processes are escalated at Senior management level with potential improvement options. Necessary corrective actions are taken immediately for the deviations, analysed and generating actionable insights via related SAP and other integrated system reports. * Introduce new key controls whilst strengthening current controls in place via development of new SOPs, prioritizing business risk areas in the end-to-end business process by way of analysing the financial statements in a timely and accurate manner to minimize the negative impact on business operations. Also, to implementation of Key Controls/ Processes to cover all value stream areas from Front End, Support Services, Manufacturing Operations. * Finalizing the sales and Earnings for each financial period [Monthly and yearly] and ensure the targeted/budgeted sales are achieved/followed to its set periods and making sure the same is accounted through the system to recognize the accurate financials and guide the plants accordingly. * Ensure zero IP related violations/concerns are escalated by the Customer and no products of Linea Aqua division are pilfered by any internal or outside party by enabling periodic Brand Protection audits at all plant, warehouses and 3rd party manufacturing locations. * Support the business by generating periodic [Weekly, Monthly] exception reports based on various SAP and other data sources, analyze the same and share the exceptions with senior management for key decision making. * Ensure physical existence of all Material Inventories (RM/WIP/FG) of the C&S and Seamless & other warehouses (Based on the agreed targets as of a given day) by conducting Bi-annual Inventory Counts and regular cycle counts/audits for all local, overseas plants, FG & RM Hubs and 3rd party sub-contracting locations. * Ensure 100% achievement of Group Governance requirements set by Group Risk & Controlling Team and Group Finance. * Performing Business Scenario Testing related to all SAP Implementation projects covering expansions, acquisitions, mergers, and new business models across C&S and Seamless business ensuring compliance to set system and process discipline to ensure achieve business objectives. KNOWLADGE AND SKILLS: * Degree in Finance or Equivalent qualification CIMA, CA or ACCA. * 2‐3 years similar Experience * Good Knowledge of SAP system and Excel Analytical Skills * Understanding of the Business and overall MAS Business environment. * Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills.

Responsibilities
