Job Description Summary The Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting audits, and adhering to regulatory compliance. The role will also involve assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making at higher level. Job Description · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analysis, and reports for senior management · Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions · Coordinate annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes to support business objectives · Maintain all tax compliances – TDS, GST, Income Tax etc. and reconciliation therof. · Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and meet financial obligations. · Assist in Month end close activities within timeline · Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies · Query handling for Customers · Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards · Bank Reconciliations and Forex remittance procedure Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA drop out. Experience: 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with experience in Audit often preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Orace) and advanced Excel. Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
