Description

The Fit-Out and Visual Merchandising Senior Executive will be responsible for leading and managing all brick-and-mortar projects, including store construction, layout visualization, renovations, and general maintenance across the distribution network. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution of store and counter construction projects, as well as temporary set-ups like concourse activations and outposts. Reporting to the Country Manager, this role will be managing multi-brands within LUXASIA. Responsibilities: Lead and drive all brick and mortar projects comprising overall construction including but not limited to conceptualization, layout visualization, renovation, budgeting as well as general maintenance across the distribution network. Lead and coordinate permanent store and counter construction projects as well as temporary set-ups such as outpost and concourse with various stakeholders (local & regional brand teams, brand partners, contractor, mall leasing, mall engineering). Work with contractors to deliver projects on time and within approved budget and timelines. Source, train and maintain trusted contractors and other suppliers that can deliver projects in the prescribed quality, on schedule and within budget. Coordinate the design, costing, approval, shipment and installation of branded furniture and other VM elements for new stores, renovations and refresh. Ensure compliance with mall guidelines during construction phase. Responsible for mall sign-off approval of store opening. General maintenance and upkeep of all stores including its Furniture, M&E system, facilities and equipment. Ensure all practices related to sourcing, approvals and executions of projects are fully compliant with company’s policies and procedures. Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose. Bachelor's Degree holder / Diploma with minimum 3 years of work experience in retail construction fit-out/renovation with exposure within luxury/beauty and understanding of procurement process. Familiar with the 2D/3D drawings, full elevations, M&E, with knowledge of CAD/Autocad is preferred. Ability to coordinate and communicate clearly between local teams, regional office and brand partners. Time, project management, and ability to work well under pressure and ability to solve problems logically. Attention to detail, flexible, adaptive and able to navigate ambiguity.
