Role Purpose The role holder is responsible for providing support to the manager in production activities by ensuring adherence to the production plan. Ensure timely delivery of material and zero quality defects. Provide accurate reporting of production related activities to the manager. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth execution of daily production processes in alignment with the production targets. Adjust production schedules and workflows to address any deviations or issues promptly. Conduct timely inspection of production and ensure adherence to quality standards and prevent product rejections. Track delivery schedules, ensuring timely coordination with logistics and other departments to prevent delay in material delivery. Maintain detailed records to support reporting and decision-making processes. Submission of daily production reports to the manager accurately and within the specified timelines. Indicative Experience and Exposure Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing with 1-2 years of experience. M.Tech. with min. 1 year experience. Experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
