Description

You will be part of the team responsible for campaigns and activities at our FairPrice Supermarket Stores to uplift the brand equity and drive shopper traffic and engagement with the aim of supporting the business to achieve our revenue, transactions, and profit goals.
You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally (Products, Channels, Procurement, and other internal Marketing teams) and externally (Creative, Media, Production agencies) to help develop and deliver the campaigns and in-store activations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience working with creative and media agencies in conceptualizing and running campaigns
  • Possess both a creative and analytical mind.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized in approach to work
  • Able to navigate well in ambiguity and work independently.
  • Team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-collaborate and multi-task.
  • Excellent business acumen as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be hands on and go to stores to seek improvements for campaign execution.
  • FMCG/ Retail experience would be preferred
