QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

Possess a good Degree with preferably at least 2 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of HR business partnering and recruitment.
Hands-on experience in HRIS and HRSS (i.e. benefits, payroll, etc) work and IHRP-certification would be an advantage.
Strong foundational knowledge of local labour law.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As part of the Human Resource team, you will partner Business Units by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full life cycle of employees (i.e. Recruitment – Onboarding – Offboarding)
  • Ensure healthy staffing while partnering hiring managers to provide resourcing needs and to maintain strong working relationships
  • Provide support and strategic inputs to line managers on matters relating to performance management, employee relations, manpower needs, etc.
  • Support the formulation, implementation, and operation of HR policies
  • Collaborate with HR administrators to ensure good data hygiene
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of HR programs & processes and legal/statutory requirement to day-to-day management of employees, resolve employee relations and operational issues including interpretation of policies and guidelines
  • Provide periodic reports for management, as required, to track strategic goal accomplishment
  • Employee Engagement: Organise and execute employee engagement activities
  • Possess a firm grasp of policies for implementation, execution, and advisory support to all staff
