SENIOR EXECUTIVE (HUMAN RESOURCE), IPOS INTERNATIONAL, 2-YEAR CONTRACT

These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain knowledge of labour market trends and actively seek out innovative sourcing methods.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies and targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop manpower strategies and recruitment plans (internship, hiring and others), and craft job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with branding and communications team to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns, including social media, websites and materials for career fairs and events.
  • Plan, organise, attend and represent company at career fairs, talks and other promotional events to establish talent pipeline and attract potential candidates.
  • Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, tertiary institutions and employee referrals.
  • Proactively source candidates from various platforms, industry databases, and networking events.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify the required qualifications, skills, competencies, work experience, and cultural fit, pre-screen candidates to shortlist and conduct interviews to evaluate top talents.
  • Partner with compensation team to prepare competitive job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Manage the post selection process such as background and reference check, pre-onboarding, etc.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance and analyse recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives and perform any other tasks that may be assigned

Responsibilities:

The Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing and retaining talent to ensure that IPOS International continues to be a competitive employer. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, the candidate is empowered to manage the talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, full-cycle recruitment process such as sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, and partnering hiring managers to fulfil their manpower needs.

Are you the one? Please write to us if you have/are:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a HR department function.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates).
  • Experience in sourcing and assessing technical talent and familiar with various assessment methods.
  • Proficient in utilising various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to promote jobs and source candidates.
  • Experience in organising and conducting career fairs, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment events, and working with recruitment/manpower agencies.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment best practices, Employment Act, hiring regulations and labour market trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Self-driven, keen learner, meticulous and professional in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (esp. Excel) and digital platforms such as online meeting software and social media.
