Description

This role is responsible for managing and strengthening the relationship between iCIMB and Business Units. It ensures the business requirements of both Business Units and Process Owners are met, achieving the best outcomes when requests are made to increase or implement new business for iCIMB. The role manages new business opportunities and drives the growth of iCIMB business in line with targets set by Management. It engages with the business to understand their needs, identifies potential opportunities in service offerings, and evaluates how these can maximise internal business and resources in alignment with management direction. Additionally, it supports automation initiatives by performing process analysis, coding, scripting, and providing related technical assistance. The role also collaborates across functions and teams to identify and enhance processes, and ensures that reporting and documentation comply with the Group's policies and procedures
