Strategy and Planning * Monitor the day to day operations of Credit Card data entry as per SLA requirements. * Standardize and update data entry instructions and systems documentation (if any) * Plan and execute Process Improvement and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Coordinate corrective and remediation measures with the relevant parties relating to audit findings, ensuring actions are taken within deadline. * Attend inquiry from DCORO, Risk Control Unit (RCU, SG Business Unit and SG Counter Part * Lead in the follow-up on commitments related to audit findings &OR Compliance Risk ensuring actions are taken within deadline. * Verify Contigent Worker Agency and Archiving vendor invoices * Attend and execute any other reponsibilities/tasks (adhoc) assigned by the management from time to time Support risk culture * Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve them. * Collaborate across various stakeholder group to find the best methods of communication and adhere escalation process. * Actively participate in risk initiative/plans and strategy to improve the control environment for Data Entry & Maintenance SG Ops Unit.

Responsibilities
