Senior Executive ‐ Industrial Engineering (Based at Biyagama) Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to perform all the activities related to the engineering aspects of building maintenance, primarily focusing on energy conservation techniques, new constructions and renovations, CAD drawings, Civil related engineering solutions, Structural improvements and other engineering related projects. Key Responsibilities: Analyse the electricity data and report to the management in order to manage the EMS system effectively and minimize unwanted expenses Ensure adherence to energy saving initiatives in place in order to reduce waste and conserve energy Liaise with related manufacturing leads to create drawings and proposals for renovation projects in manufacturing and non-manufacturing floors Update factory CAD drawings for all facilities during changes in layout and other structural changes Support the Manager in providing solutions to civil related challenges when introducing new machinery or layouts for manufacturing floors Knowledge and Skills: Engineering Degree or National Diploma in Technology. Minimum 3 plus years' experience in an executive capacity in a relevant field. Strong communication skills.
