We are hiring a Senior Executive, Interdisciplinary Graduate Programme (IGP) to support the operations of self-funded programmes and the Interdisciplinary Graduate Programme. Key responsibilities include: Self-funded Programmes Provide administrative support for the delivery of the programmes, including postgraduate programmes by coursework. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on programme arrangements. Thesis Advisory Committee Management Verify the composition of the Thesis Advisory Committee complies with the univerisity policies. Work with Associate Dean to ensure timely and approporate approvals of TAC matters. Qualifying Examination Verify that students meet prerequisites for the Qualifying Examination. Schedule and coordinate examination logistics. Ensure accurate completion and submission of examination reports. Student Engagement & Supports Handle student inquiries and provide timely responses. Organize seminars and events for graduate students. Collaborate with the Student Club in planning and executing events or activities. Requirements: A recognized university degree in any discipline. At least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector. Experience in customer service and administrative roles will be an advantage. Responsibilities

The Senior Executive will provide administrative support for the delivery of self-funded postgraduate programmes and manage the Thesis Advisory Committee. Responsibilities also include coordinating qualifying examinations and engaging with students through events and inquiries.
