REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of industry work experience.
  • Self-driven and works well independently and support the team to assist companies in their business needs.
  • Well-versed in the regulatory requirements and various government assistance schemes would be a plus.
  • Good communication, writing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant experience in projects/events management a plus.
  • Experience in organizing virtual, hybrid, and physical events, with knowledge of video production preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities, with proficiency in IT tools.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude.
  • This is a 3 years contract role.

Responsibilities
  • Implement & organize overseas market development initiatives, projects and activities.
  • Provide business & operation support for special projects, with objective of recruiting and onboarding Singapore companies to the specific project.
  • Address queries from Singapore company (not limited to only manufacturers) on specific project and provide assistance accordingly.
  • Provide business information, advisory & facilitation to companies on setting up overseas presence.
  • Organize Singapore companies for specific project for site visits, learning journeys, corporate events, etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project/event planning, execution & management.
  • Preparation and management of events’/projects’ operating budget, vendors and procurement process.
  • Provide support to the department on any other tasks assigned.
