Our client is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide support for a range of senior executives. This individual will join a close-knit team of EAs who are integral to the day-to-day operations of the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing dynamic workflows and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Tasks Manage complex calendars and coordinate sensitive, detail-oriented meetings across global time zones Arrange intricate travel itineraries and prepare executives for meetings Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders Provide high-level support for ongoing business projects Learn team dynamics and executive preferences, adapting quickly to new assignments as they arise Requirements Minimum of six years of relevant executive support experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate setting Strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and clear communication abilities Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the full MS Office suite; familiarity with productivity tools such as Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint is a plus Benefits This role is based in New York City. The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
