Senior Executive - IT SAP Support Senior Executive – IT SAP Support will manage and support SAP systems, resolve user issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day SAP operations. The role involves incident handling, system support, user coordination, and participation in SAP enhancements and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional knowledge, hands-on support experience, and familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM – as applicable). Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage issues, enhancements, and upgrades. Support SAP system configuration, testing, and documentation. Assist in SAP projects, rollouts, and change management activities. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and compliance with IT policies. Prepare user guides, provide training, and support end users as required. Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, and best practices. Candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP support or SAP-related roles. Strong knowledge of at least one SAP functional module; cross-module knowledge is an advantage. Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments preferred. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools. SAP certification(s) will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
