Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development Program Design:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of training programs that meet the organizational goals and employees’ development needs.
- Analyze training needs through performance assessments, employee surveys, and consultations with leadership.
- Develop customized training content, including eLearning, workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions.
- Create training materials and resources that facilitate effective learning
Implementation and Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate training schedules and resources, ensuring smooth delivery of all learning programs.
- Oversee logistics and administration for learning events and sessions.
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers and consultants for specialized programs.
Employee Development and Engagement:
- Identify key learning and development priorities in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Implement leadership and talent development programs to nurture high-potential employees.
- Monitor employee progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide feedback and coaching.
L&D Strategy & Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve the L&D strategy and frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Recommend and implement best practices for talent development and learning technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in learning and development.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to ensure that L&D initiatives align with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of training programs and the impact on employee performance.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze feedback to improve future programs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning initiatives, such as learner satisfaction, retention rates, and performance improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications in L&D is a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development, with at least 2-3 years in a senior executive or leadership role.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
