Job Description Part of Commercial leasing team based in Singapore responsible for leasing activities; formulating and executing leasing strategies for commercial properties within the Company’s portfolio. Support the Leasing team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment which requires partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance and coordinators to help in the overall success of the leasing strategies. Role provides exposure to all aspects of the business in an excelling market with high visibility and the opportunity to be an integral part of the dynamic Commercial Leasing team. Responsibilities Attend to leasing enquiries received and work with Leasing team to provide work space solutions for consideration by prospects. Engage tenants together with Leasing team to understand and formulate work space solutioning for tenants and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. Support leasing managers with leasing related activities below which include but not limited to: o Formulate, develop, and implement leasing strategies o Customize marketing materials o Manage deal transactions o Attend to tenancy-related matters and work with relevant department to resolve and address tenant concern. o Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents o Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders, yearly budgeting, forecast with respect to income arising from Leasing activities. o Provide general administrative support Requirement Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent Candidates who are real estate salesperson (RES) registered with the Council for Estate Agencies will be favorably considered Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation skills and collaboration skills Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player Sound understanding of the real estate Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadline Benefits Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family Training and development opportunities Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences- Strong advocate of staff volunteerism Wellness programmes Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
