Description
RENEWAL: 1. Prepares the lease renewal agreement for National Industries Park (NIP) and ensure all process are completed 2. Receive and verify the documents submitted by the customer for lease renewal and ensure all the requirements are fulfilled for Lease Renewal / Rent Review / Amendment. 3. Seek approval from Head of Section to complete the critical transactions. 4. Approve / Export the invoices related to the lease rent for NIP customers on monthly basis. 5. Initiate renewals for all facilities and Rent Reviews for NIP customers. 6. Respond to all inquiries and provide clarifications / follows up raised by the customers or any internal departments. 7. Receive and process all refund requests submitted by the customers 8. Process customer request for lease attestation. 9. Liaise with internal departments for any special arrangements (example temporary plots, addendums) with the customers to ensure facilities are leased as per plan. 10. To meet with the prospects and provide them with necessary information related to lease services. TERMINATION: 11. Receives and verify the document submitted by the customer for lease /company termination and ensure all the requirements are fulfilled. 12. To meet with the prospects and provide them with necessary information related to Lease/company termination and Legal cases. 13. Review and process the expired Lease & License list on monthly basis and forward it to Legal department for all NIP companies. 14. Check with Head of Section for cases that requires legal actions and forward to Legal Department. 15. Process the termination of all exiting company and ensure timely and accurate completion of the transaction and review the liquidation reports. 16. Coordinate with internal departments for any outstanding payment or facility allocation status or termination for taking over. 17. Liaise with internal department to prepare and calculate reinstatement package charges for all NIP customers. 18. Process and coordinate with various external entity to facilitate the closure of utilities of the exiting company.
