QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications preferred
- Min 2-3 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing preferred
- Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations, land laws and Tenancy Agreement would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Executive, Leasing Position involves building relationships with prospective and current tenants and developing leasing strategies to enhance the trade mix in our commercial properties which brings convenience for our commuters and the community. You will support, improve and recreate leasing through curating our various spaces and properties, including our MRT, LRT stations and bus interchanges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement leasing strategies and plans for commercial activities in our MRT,LRT stations and bus interchanges
- Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner according to the tenancy mix for all new and renewal leases
- Source and seek out prospective tenants
- Generate new leasing leads
- Establish and build networking channels with prospective, existing tenants and real estate marketing agents and maintain strong relationships with tenants and retailers.
- Enhance the value of our properties to generate new revenue streams.
- Ensure that the leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all time
