Role Overview & Objective: This role plays a key function in supporting logistics efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance within the warehouse operations. It involves the preparation and management of documentation for inbound/outbound shipments, tax exemptions, and ensuring full compliance with customs requirements. It also includes coordination with relevant authorities and partners for smooth logistics execution. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 1. Logistics Operations: Manage and prioritize inbound/outbound goods according to procurement SOP. Ensure proper documentation (K1 forms, receipts, invoices) is maintained. Coordinate quarterly meetings with customs officers and freight forwarders for updates and issue resolution. Identify and develop partnerships with freight forwarders or courier services. Monitor logistics performance, maintain ERP logistics flowcharts, and ensure timely PR issuance for transport costs. Identify suitable HS codes and manage tax exemptions (e.g., MOF applications, Form E, MJFTA). Ensure invoices related to logistics (trucking, SST, courier) are paid on time. 2. Warehouse / Inventory: Support Warehouse Admin in updating IQMS, managing staff timesheets, and handling administrative matters. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse meetings. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Zero or minimal non-compliance cases. Accurate declarations and timely arrivals of urgent parts. Cost-effective logistics operations and utilization of tax exemption opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field. Experience: 3–5 years in logistics management. Skills: Leadership and independence Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under pressure Other Expectations: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated and compliant with company policies and procedures. Ensure ethical conduct, privacy, and anti-corruption principles are upheld. For managers: support team development, enforce safety practices, and foster clear communication.
