Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics Operations Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and production sites. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth operations. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues. 2. Shipment & Documentation Prepare and verify shipping documents (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, etc.). Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate import and export documentation, including permits, clearance, and insurance. 3. Cost & Efficiency Management Negotiate and manage logistics service providers to optimize cost and service quality. Track logistics cost performance and propose cost-saving initiatives. Continuously review and improve logistics processes for better efficiency. 4. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance teams for end-to-end supply chain visibility. Prepare logistics performance reports and KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, freight cost). Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Strong understanding of shipping, transportation, and warehouse management processes. Familiar with import/export procedures and customs regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
