REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Real estate, Facilities management, and Project Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 10 years of relevant working experience in Building/ Infrastructure/ Facilities Project Management, and Sustainability Management.
  • Competent in MS Office applications
  • Candidate with certificate in one or two of the following area will have an advantage:
  • Sustainability/Greenmark Course
  • Project Management Workplace
  • Fire Safety Management
  • Analytical with good communication and problem-solving skill
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a managerial role
Responsibilities

THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

DCS is hiring a Senior Executive/Manager to be part of the team responsible for management of the Infrastructure and its Sustainability Performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Director in leading the master planning and development of DCS Infrastructure Facilities, engineering and enhancement projects.
  • Develop the strategies and planning of DCS’ facilities, including long range forecasting of future requirements and establishment of new facilities to meet DCS’ future growth and expansion.
  • Support the operations management for facilities / infrastructure (including Sustainability performance/reporting, Business Continuity, Contracts, Workplace and fire safety Management, Security, Operations of Exhibition/Museum space across all museums and venue on a macro level.
  • Support exploration and implementation of projects to Sustainability reporting, in supporting of Singapore Green Plan.
