W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. is a family business specializing in fuel and propane distribution, HVAC services and the distribution of a complete line of automotive, commercial, industrial and agricultural motor oil. We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy top-level senior executive to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Experience in the fuel industry is required.

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company
• Be available to respond and assist to significant events
• Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to ensure profitability
• Working with the company owners and site managers to help maximize profitability
• Leading and managing the commercial sales teams and implementing initiatives to increase profits through performance
• Setting and monitoring performance metrics to ensure the company is meeting its goals
• Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and vendors
• Promptly address any customer or other issues that may arise
• Ensure that the company image is well-maintained
