Responsibility: Campaign and relationship Management * Manage the marketing services function to support assigned brands, ensuring all above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) materials align with brand objectives, meet quality standards, and stay within budget. * Oversee media planning and ensure timely execution with consistent brand messaging. * Implement campaigns for existing and new stores to drive traffic and engagement. * Establish and maintain strong media relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with agencies across all markets. * Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to reinforce brand positioning and drive results. * Collaborate with creative teams and visual merchandisers to finalize campaign designs that align with brand standards. * Ensure campaigns are tailored to regional needs and comply with local cultural standards, particularly in the GCC market. * Align with creative team and visual merchandisers to finalize campaign designs. Marketing Operation, Competition mapping & Post-Campaign Reporting * Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop alliances to drive brand growth  * To Track competitors’ campaigns, media and other key initiative   * Conduct post-mortem analyses for events and campaigns, providing ROI calculations to evaluate success and effectiveness. * Work closely with regional marketing heads, providing brand updates, artworks, and media plans, and understanding regional requirements. Customer Experience and Retention * Execute customer-centric events to ensure high engagement and customer satisfaction. * Use loyalty program data to enhance customer segmentation, refine marketing approaches, and build brand loyalty through tailored initiatives. Qualification: * The ideal Marketing – Senior Executive should have 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management. * Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and brand management. * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical, creative thinking, and leadership skills. * Understanding of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
