Key Responsibilities Marketing Technology & Platforms * Manage and optimize marketing technology tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and lead management systems. * Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and internal systems (CRM, ERP, sales tools, websites, and mobile applications). * Own the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of MarTech platforms to support campaign execution and reporting. Digital Campaign Enablement * Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (website, performance marketing, social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.) through technology enablement. * Track and measure campaign performance, lead journeys, conversion metrics, and ROI using analytics tools. * Work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tagging, data capture, and reporting. Data, Analytics & Reporting * Develop dashboards and MIS reports to track leads, sources, funnel conversion, campaign performance, and customer behavior. * Generate actionable insights from marketing data to support business and leadership decision-making. * Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across platforms. Process & Compliance * Define and document standard operating processes (SOPs) for marketing technology usage. * Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and internal IT governance standards. * Coordinate with IT and legal teams on compliance-related matters. Stakeholder Management * Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, Project Marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. * Act as the single point of contact for MarTech-related issues, enhancements, and vendor coordination. Key Skills & Competencies * Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. * Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, BI tools). * Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. * Strong coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills. * High attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving capability
