REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Degree in any field
• Min. 1 year of customer service experience
• Candidates with supervisory experience and a background in either public or private healthcare institution will be advantageous

• Oversees the smooth functioning and operations of the clinics
• Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
• Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
• Handles PR cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations
• Maintains discipline in compliance with policies
• Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
